Mr. Stephen Kirotich is a Director and the Head of Valuation of Regent Valuers International (K) Ltd. He oversees the quality of reports and ensures reports are executed to the specifications of the client and within the stipulated time frame.
Mr. Kirotich also assists the General Manager in running day-to-day operations of the company and he also executes valuation assignments in collaboration with the Valuation team.
He is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics and is a registered and licensed valuer by the Valuers Registration Board.
Mr. Kirotich is also a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and is of good standing. He is currently pursuing M.A in Valuation and Property Management from the University of Nairobi.

Mr. Stephen Kirotich has accumulated 9 years experience in valuation,property management and general real estate consultancy.
Since joining Regent Valuers International in 2018, Mr. Kirotich has overseen implementation of complex and high value projects for various clients.
He has amassed invaluable experience from his past association with corporate initiations. In 2015 Mr. Kirotich Joined CPF Financial Services Ltd (Laptrust) as property management officer. He was in charge of some commercial properties including residential units in Nakuru, Kenya Police Plaza in Ngara and Parking Silo and later transitioned to be head of valuation.
In 2013 he joined Co-operative Bank of Kenya and saw expansion of the Bank's networks through site acquisitions for Branch expansion. He also undertook valuation of the bank’s property portfolio and administered lease administration for all the branches countrywide.
